This is an invitation for a journey together in a weekend retreat to experience blissful care in the water, exploring aquatic bodywork, aquadance and expanding your lung capacity with breath. We will be giving and recieving from each other in a warm pool, practicing holds both above and below the water. There are lots of games and fluidic wave patterns we will be cultivating in our bodies.
No experience in any therapeutic modality is necessary.
Just a willingness to dive inwards.
In the water there is no hiding, just transparency of self.
Emotions can surface and be felt so easily in the water.
This work is tender, vunerable and will open your heart like never before.
It will be held in a womb-like setting at the indoor pool at Spa Sur les Toits du Monde. We will be heating it extra warm for this work (Watsu-type heat), so you can fully relax. There is also a sauna and hot tub at the spa on your free time to enjoy! The retreat will include accomodation and meals.
All will be taken care of so you can leave your cares behind and give this gift to yourself and to the planet, honoring all the waters of the earth, which nourishes you every day of your life.

Friday
2pm Opening circle with the group in the yoga room
3pm Introduction to Primary Respiration in the pool: cellular breathing as a pod of consciousness, wave patterns in the spine
5pm Dinner
7:30pm Evening Water Session of AquaDance for self-liberation and-or contact improvisation
Saturday
8am Morning Bodyflo Class. Fluid movement on land.
9am Breakfast
10am Aquatic work above water, holds, flow patterns, craniosacral approach
12pm Lunch
2pm Aquatic work unwinding the limbs, breath practices: sinking, floating & apnea
6pm Dinner
Sunday
9am Breakfast
10pm Aquatic work under the water, longer tidal biorhythms, embryological memory and birthing
12pm Lunch
2pm Aquatic work, sessions and play before our closing circle ceremony in the pool
4pm check-out and goodbye hugs!

Fees and Payment
$650+tx=$747.34 CAN (shared room-2 people per room)
$690+tx=$793.33 CAN (single private room)
To confirm your spot:
1) Complete registration online here.
2) Contact Jennie first to see what rooms are left before sending your payment (e-transfer, cash or cheque are prefered.
3) E-transfer your payment (your room choice) to: jennieanstey@gmail.com. You will receive your receipt the weekend of the event. If you prefer to pay cash or cheque on the arrival day of the event this is possible, however payment still must be made via e-transfer to hold your spot but will be refunded to you when you arrive. If you don't have access to e-transfer or are from outside of Canada you can pay online here:

Cancellation policy:
100% refund within 5 days of the event and 50% refund within 2 days of the event. There is no refund after this time. Your payment can be transferred to someone else at anytime if you cannot attend.
